(Product, Ordering, Shipping and Tracking) is designed for ancillary products.  It's perfect for publishers or associations that market books, back issues, special reports, CD ROMs, seminars, tapes, or other single products or events.  And, if you're a First Edition user, you'll be impressed to learn that both P.O.S.T. and First Edition share the same "name and address" customer database. This means you can have a complete integrated subscription and product fulfillment system.  There's no need to re-input an existing customer.

Create your own shipping options like UPS second day, Federal Express Overnight, etc.  P.O.S.T. can be automatically calculate shipping based on one of three shipping structures: total  order value, number of units or order weight.  You can also create shipping tables for different countries!

Discount Structures
Implement three types of customer discounts: wholesale, retail and special.  Offer wholesalers 30% discounts for orders of 15 and 40% of orders of more than 15!

New! Tax Tables
P.O.S.T. is now available with optional tax tables based on ZIP and ZIP+4.  Accurate sales tax tracking down to the state/province, country, city and local levels.  Purchase one, five or all 50 states, as well as Canada.

New! Smart Order Entry 
Enter ship-to and bill-to addresses for each order.  Store multiple credit card numbers for each customer.  Attach notes, up to 10,000 characters, to each customer record.  Automatically calculates subtotal, shipping, discount, taxes and order total.  Even print customer service letters while in order entry mode!

Reports and Labels
P.O.S.T. reports include invoice registers, accounts receivable lists, pick lists, GL reports, customer lists and much more.  Print any labels from the Avery family of label products or design your own.  Labels can even include ZIP+4 bar codes.

New! Forms
P.O.S.T. now interfaces Microsoft Word for designing and printing invoices, packing slips, acknowledgments and promotional materials.  Our new document template allows you to insert data fields and addresses labels directly into any Word97 document.  Use all the design power of Word to make beautiful and functional forms. 

Batch Processing
P.O.S.T. introduces Lynx's unique Batch Process Mode for order and credit card processing. With other software packages it's difficult to keep straight which orders have been processed and which haven't. Now with P.O.S.T. that's a worry of the past. Each order is assigned a unique process batch number which you can select and report on at any time. Batches can cover a partial day, a month, or any time range you choose.
